These terms cover use of the LookSavi website and client portal. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace any signed agreement between us.
The agreement
LookSavi provides invoicing, reporting and related business tools. By using the site or the client portal you accept these terms. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs the commercial relationship — including fees, commission, scope and termination — and it takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.
Your account
Access to the client portal is personal to you. Sign-in links and connected Google accounts should not be shared. Tell us promptly at hello@looksavi.com if you think someone else has access to your account.
Connected services
You may connect services such as Shopify, Amazon or Meta so that LookSavi can read the sales and advertising figures your reports and invoices are based on. You confirm you are entitled to grant that access. You can disconnect at any time; doing so stops new data being read but does not undo invoices already issued.
Invoices and payment
Invoices are calculated from the figures read from your connected services, on the terms in your agreement with us. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s own terms. If you believe an invoice is wrong, tell us and we will look at it — that is a great deal faster than a chargeback, and usually it is a data-connection problem rather than a billing one.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another client’s data, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access if that happens.
Availability
We aim to keep LookSavi available and correct, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and figures read from third-party platforms are only as accurate as those platforms make them — a provider restating its own numbers can change a report after the fact.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising out of your use of LookSavi is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Ending it
You may stop using the portal at any time. Termination of the commercial relationship is governed by your signed agreement. On termination we keep the records we are required to keep and delete connected-service credentials.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be signposted before they take effect, and the date at the top always reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
